Inland Container Depots for loading and unloading of goods - Notification No. 12/97-Cus. (N.T.) amended Notification No. 7/98-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 4-2-1998 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/97-Customs (N.T.), dated the 2nd April, 1997, namely :- In the Table to the said notification, - (1) against S. No. 4 relating to the State of Gujarat, in column (4), for corresponding entry against entry number (iii) of column (3), the following shall be substituted, namely :- "Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods"; (2) after S. No. 6 and its corresponding entries in column numbers (1), (2), (3) and (4), the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) (4) "6A Kerala Aroor Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods". (3) against S. No. 9 relating to the State of Maharashtra, - (i) in column (3), after entry number (iv) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely :- "(v) Dighi (Pune), (vi) Waluj (Aurangabad)" (ii) in column (4), - (a) against entry number (v) of column (3), the following shall be inserted, namely :- "Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods". (b) against entry number (vi) of column (3), the following shall be inserted, namely :- "Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods". (4) against S. No. 12 relating to the State of Uttar Pradesh, in column (3), for entry number (iv), and the entries relating thereto, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :- "(iv) Moradabad".
