Customs Tariff Act - Amendments by Third Schedule to Finance Act, 1995 to be effective from 1-1-1996 Notification No. 68/95-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 20-11-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 69 of the Finance Act, 1995 (22 of 1995), the Central Government hereby appoints the first day of January, 1996, to be the date on which the amendments to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), as specified in the Third Schedule to the said Finance Act, shall come into force.
