Customs Port at Krishnapatnam - Amendment to Notification No. 62/94-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 46/95-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 3-8-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 62/94 (N.T.)-Customs, dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, in Serial No. 2, against item (2) relating to Krishnapatnam, in column (4), the words and figures, "upto 31st August, 1995" shall be omitted.
