Panitanki (Naxalbari) declared as Land Customs Station and route to Nepal Notification No. 43/95-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 21-7-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of the section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 63/94 (N.T.)-Customs, dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against serial number 6, in column (3), for the entry "(18) Naxalbari" and the entry relating thereto in column (4), the following shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) (4) "(18) Panitanki (Naxalbari) Road connecting Panitanki in India, and Kakarbhitta in Nepal."
