Inland Container Depots for unloading/loading of cargo Notification No. 40/95-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 2-6-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 15/95-Customs (N.T.), dated the 10th March, 1995, hereinafter referred to as the said notification, namely :- In the said notification, 1. in the proviso, for the words, figures and brackets "place at (ii) against serial No. 12", the words, figures and brackets "place at (iii) against serial No. 12" shall be substituted. 2. In the Table to the said notification, against S. No. 12 relating to Uttar Pradesh, in column (3), for the entries the following entries shall be substituted, namely :- (i) Agra (ii) Kanpur (iii) Pakwara (Moradabad)."
