Customs ports at Muldwarka ( Gujarat ) - Amendment to Notification No. 62/94-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 29/95-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 1-5-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 62/94 (N.T.)-Customs, dated the 21st November, 1994, namely : - In the Table annexed to the said notification, in Serial No. 5, against item (16) relating to Muldwarka port, in column (4), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :- "Unloading of imported Coal and Petroleum coke and the loading of clinker and cement for export".
