Customs Ports in Karnataka - Amendment to Notification No. 62/94-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 25/95-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 20-4-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 62/94 (N.T.)-Customs, dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, in Serial No. 6, against item (3) relating to Karwar (including Sadashivagad) Port in column (4), for the entry (a), the following entry shall be substituted, namely :- "(a) Unloading of following imported goods namely :- (i) fertilizers; (ii) food-grains; (iii) rock-phosphate; (iv) timber; (v) metal scrap; (vi)edible oils; (vii) iron and steel (falling under chapters 72 and 73 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975) (viii) liquid petroleum gas (L.P.G.); (ix) sugar; (x) cotton; (xi) minerals; (xii) raw-hides, skins and leather; (xiii) pulp of wood; (xiv) ships, boats and floating structure; and (xv) ships for breaking and unloading of crew baggage of such ships;".
