Inland Container Depots for unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods Notification No. 24/95-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 19-4-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 15/95-Customs (N.T.), dated the 10th March, 1995, namely :- (i) in the said notification the Explanation shall be omitted; (ii) in the Table - (a) against S. No. 3 relating to the Union Territory of Delhi, in column (3), for the entry "Tuglakabad", the following entries shall be substituted, namely :- "(i) Patparganj (ii) Tuglakabad"; (b)against S. No. 10 relating to the State of Rajasthan, in column (3), for the entry, "Jaipur", the following entries shall be substituted, namely :- "(i) Jaipur (ii) Jodhpur"; (c) against S. No. 11 relating to the State of Tamil Nadu, in column (3), for the entry, "Coimbatore", the following entries shall be substituted, namely :- "(i) Coimbatore (ii) Tirupur"; (d) against S. No. 12 relating to State of Uttar Pradesh, in column (3), for the entry, "Pakwara (Moradabad)", the following entries shall be substituted, namely :- "(i) Kanpur (ii) Pakwara (Moradabad)".
