Exchange rates for imported goods - Amendment to 11/95-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 19/95-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 16-3-1995 In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899) and sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 11/95-N.T.-Cus. [S.O. 117(E)], dated 24th February, 1995, namely :— In the Schedule-I of the said Nostification for serial Nos. 1, 5, 6, 13 and in Schedule II, Serial Nos. 1, 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :— (1) (2) (3) "1. Austrian Schilling 3.24 5. Deutsche Mark 22.70 6. Dutch Guilder 20.22 13. Swiss Franc 27.33 1. Belgian Francs 110.02 3. Japanese Yen 35.49". These rates will be effective from 20th March, 1995.
