Appointment of Collector Customs to Adjudicate the cases of Cheminor Drugs Limited and Metro Exports Limited Notification No. 12/92-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 20-2-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, (Department of Revenue) No. 73/91-Cus. (N.T.), dated 14th November, 1991, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints the Collector of Customs and Central Excise, Hyderabad, also to exercise the powers of Collector of Customs, in the jurisdictions of Collector of Customs, Bombay and Collector of Customs, Madras, for the specific purpose of adjudicating the cases pertaining to imports made by M/s. Cheminor Drugs Limited, Hyderabad and M/s. Metro Exports Limited, Post Box No. 16687, Bombay, with M/s. Cheminor Drugs Limited, Hyderabad as supporting manufacturers.
