Commissioner of Customs, Sahar Airport , Mumbai appointed as Commissioner of Customs (General), New Delhi for adjudication of specified case 20 th August 2001 Notification No. 37/2001- Customs ( N.T.) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Sahar Airport, Mumbai, to be the Commissioner of Customs (General), New Delhi, for the purpose of adjudication of the show cause notice F.No.SIIB/CUS/41/99, dated the 17 th November, 2000 issued to M/s.
