Amendment to Notification No. 64/88-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 82/88-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 2-12-1988 In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899) and sub-clause (1) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 64/88-N.T.-Cus. [S.O. 892(E)], dated 27th September, 1988 as amended by Notification Nos. 68 and 73/88-Non-Tariff Customs [S.O. No. 983(E) and 1000(E)] dated 26th October, 1988 and 31st October, 1988 respectively. In the Schedule below the said Notification for serial No. 2 and 14 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely :- (1) (2) (3) 2. Australian Dollars 7.595 14. Pound Sterling 3.6060 These rates will be effective from 5-12-88.
