Amendment to Notification No. 17/88-Cus. (N.T.) - Exchange rate Notification No. 44/88-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 24-6-1988 In pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899) and sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 17/88 (N.T.)[Cus. S.O. 319 (E)], dated 28th March, 1988 namely - In the Schedule below the said Notification for Serial Nos. 9 and 17 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely : - (1) (2) (3) 9. Hong Kong Dollars 56.00 17. U.S.A. Dollars 7.175 These rates will be effective from 28-6-1988.
