Dated 28-4-1998 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), read with rule 13 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of injury) Rules, 1995, consequent to the imposition of final anti-dumping duty on Purified Terephthalic Acid, the Central Government hereby rescinds Notification No. 85/97-Customs, dated the 21st November, 1997 published under GSR 657(E), dated the 21st November, 1997.
