Exemption from additional duty to goods imported for execution of export obligation Notification No. 35/96-Cus. Dated 11-7-1996 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 81/95-Customs, dated the 31st March, 1995, namely :- In the said notification, - (a) in condition (ii), for the words "re-exported to the supplier of goods", the words "re-exported to the supplier of goods or to any other person which the said supplier may specify" shall be substituted; (b) for condition (v), the following shall be substituted, namely :- "(v) that the jobbing is undertaken in accordance with the provisions of section 65 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962)".
