Exemption to goods imported for Missile programme of Ministry of Defence - Exemption extended up to 31-3-1999 Notification No. 172/95-Cus. Dated 28-12-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 257/92-Customs, dated the 12th August, 1992, namely :- In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures letters and words "31st day of December, 1995", the figures, letters and words, "31st day of December, 1999" shall be substituted.
