Surat Export Processing Zone - Exemption to specified goods imported for use therein Notification No. 170/95-Cus. Dated 26-12-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 ((52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that, each of the part specified in column (3) of the Table annexed hereto, of the corresponding noti- fications mentioned in column (2) of the said Table shall be further amended in the manner specified in column (4) of the aforesaid Table, namely :- TABLE S.
