ECG transtelephonic recorder/transmitter/recorder-cum-transmitter - Duty reduced to 15% ad valorem Notification No. 168/95-Cus. Dated 19-12-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 65/88-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1988, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, under heading (C), after serial number 131 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be inserted, namely :- "132. ECG transtelephonic recorder/transmitter/recorder-cum-transmitter."
