Project Imports - Bombay-Manmad pipeline project specified under Heading 98.01 Notification No. 160/95-Cus. Dated 22-11-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-item (6) of heading No. 98.01 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, having regard to the economic development of the country, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 110/86-Customs, dated the 17th February, 1986, namely :- In the said notification, after serial number (27) and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be added, namely :- "(28) BOMBAY-MANMAD PIPELINE PROJECT"
