EPCG Scheme - Notification Nos. 110/95-Cus. and 111/95-Cus. - Amended Notification No. 154/95-Cus. Dated 27-10-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby further amends the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), as indicated in column 2 of the Table hereunder in the manner specified in column 3 of the said Table.
