Additional duty on dumped articles - The phylline and Caffeine Notification No. 152/95-Cus. Dated 20-10-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), read with rule 21 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Duty or Additional Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1985, the Central Government on the basis of the findings of the designated authority, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I, Section 1, dated the 7th August, 1995 that there is dumping in respect of theophylline and caffeine falling under Chapter 29 of the First Schedule to the said Act (hereinafter referred to as the said goods) when exported from the People's Republic of China, into India, hereby imposes on the said goods when imported into India, an additional duty equivalent to rate as specified in column (3) of the Table annexed to this notification.
