Anti-dumping duty on Trimethoxy Benzaldehyde (3, 4, 5) [Chapter 29] Notification No. 151/95-Cus. Dated 20-10-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), read with rule 21 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of duty or Additional Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1985, the Central Government on the basis of findings of the designated authority, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-I Section-1 dated the 7th August, 1995, that there is dumping in respect of 3, 4, 5 Trimethoxy Benzaldehyde falling under Chapter 29 of the First Schedule to the said Act (hereinafter referred to as the said goods), when exported from the People's Republic of China to India, hereby imposes on the said goods when imported in India, an additional duty equivalent to two hundred thirty-seven rupees per Kilogram.
