Imports for Integrated Guided Missile Development Programme - Amendment to Notification No. 257/92-Cus. Notification No. 150/95-Cus. Dated 26-9-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 257/92-Customs, dated the 12th August, 1992, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, for S. No. 55 and the entry relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :- "55. Enpro Secan India Private Limited, New Delhi.".
