Airconditioned coaches - Concessional rate of duty extended upto 31-3-1996 Notification No. 139/95-Cus. Dated 15-9-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 73/95-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1994, namely :- In the said notification, for paragraph 2, the following paragraph shall be substituted, namely :- "2. This notification shall remain in force upto and inclusive of the 31st day of March, 1996."
