Typhoid Vaccines - Exemption - Amendment to Notification No. 13/95-Cus. Notification No. 127/95-Cus. Dated 9-8-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 13/95-Customs, dated the 16th March, 1995, namely :- In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, under the heading "A. Life Saving drugs or medicines (including diagnostic test kits)", against serial number 249, for the words "Oral Typhoid Vaccines", the words "Typhoid Vaccines" shall be substituted.
