Additional Duty (Amendment) Rules, 1995 Notification No. 126/95-Cus. Dated 7-8-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Additional Duty Rules, 1976, namely :- 1. (1) These rules may be called the Additional Duty (Amendment) Rules, 1995. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Table annexed to the Additional Duty Rules, 1976, Sl. No. 1 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
