Additional Duty on fabrics - Amendment to Notification No. 357-Cus. Notification No. 125/95-Cus. Dated 7-8-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Banking) No. 357-Customs, dated the 2nd August, 1976, namely :- In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, Sl. No. 1 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
