Woven fabrics of Chapters 52, 54 and 55 - Exempted Notification No. 123/95-Cus. Dated 7-8-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that woven fabrics falling under Chapter 52, Chapter 54 or Chapter 55 of the First Schedule to the said Act and specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall be liable to such additional duty, when imported into India, as may be determined in accordance with the Fabrics (Additional Duty) Rules, 1995.
