Complete ozone generators - Duty reduced to 25% Notification No. 121/95-Cus. Dated 12-7-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 47/95-Customs, dated the 16th March, 1995, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, after S. No. 13 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be added, namely :- (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) "14. 8543.80 Complete ozone generators 25 per cent ad valorem -".
