Preferencial rates of duty of specified goods imported from Bangladesh, Korea or Sri Lanka under Bangkok Agreements Notification No. 120/95-Cus. Dated 12-7-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 26/95-Customs, dated the 16th March, 1995, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, - (a) in S. No. (I), for item numbers 31 to 36 and entries relatingthereto in column (2) and the corresponding entries in column (3), the following shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) "31. All goods falling under sub-heading No. 4802.20 15 per cent ad valorem 32. All goods falling under sub-heading No. 4802.30 15 per cent ad valorem 33. All goods falling under sub-heading No. 4802.40 15 per cent ad valorem 34. Uncoated paper and paperboard, of a kind used for printing and weighing less than 40 g/sq.m., falling under sub-heading No. 4802.51 15 per cent ad valorem 35. Uncoated paper and paperboard, of a kind used for printing and weighing more than 150 g/sq. m., falling under sub-heading No. 4802.53 15 per cent ad valorem 36. All goods falling under heading No. 48.05 15 per cent ad valorem" ; (b) in S. No. (II), for item numbers 11, 12 and 13 and entries relating thereto in column (2) and the corresponding entries in column (3), the following shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) "11. Newsprint falling within Chapter 48 10 per cent ad valorem 12. Printing paper, having a substance by weight of 25 g/sq. m. and above but not exceeding 180 g/sq. m., falling under sub-heading Nos. 4802.51, 4802.52 or 4802.53 15 per cent ad valorem 13. Hand-woven Jamdani sarees falling under heading Nos. 50.07, 52.08 or 52.09, Jamdani dupattas, Jamdani kamiz or fabrics made of Jamdani cloth Nil".
