Potassium sulphate and composite fertilisers - Exempted Notification No. 112/95-Cus. Dated 6-6-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 104/86-Customs, dated the 17th February, 1986, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, for Sl. No. 7 and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl. Nos. and entries shall be substituted, namely, - (1) (2) (3) (4) "7. Potassium sulphate containing not more than 52% by weight of K 2 O Nil - 8. Composite fertilisers Nil -".
