Imports against Special Value Based Advance Licence - Amendment to Notification No. 104/93-Cus. Notification No. 105/95-Cus. Dated 2-6-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 104/93-Customs, dated the 16th March, 1993, namely :- In the said notification, after the words "Special Value Based Advance Licence (hereinafter referred as the said licence) issued", the words, figures, and letters "on or before 30th April, 1995" shall be inserted.
