Re-imports - Rescinding of Notifications No. 2/53-Cus., 275/58-Cus., 276/58-Cus., 92/63-Cus. and 204/76-Cus. Notification No. 99/95 Cus. Dated 26-5-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Revenue Division, Department of Revenue or Department of Revenue and Banking, as the case may be), namely :- 1. No. 2/53-Customs, dated the 10th January, 1953. 2. No. 275/58-Customs, dated the 25th October, 1958. 3. No. 276/58-Customs, dated the 25th October, 1958. 4. No. 92/63-Customs, dated the 9th March, 1963. 5. No. 204/76-Customs, dated the 2nd August, 1976.
