Specified goods used in the Electronic Industry - Amendment to Notification No. 63/95-Cus. Notification No. 88/95-Cus. Dated 27-4-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 63/95-Customs, dated the 16th March, 1995, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, in list A, against Sl. No. 2, in column (3), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :- "(i) composite copper clad materials consisting of paper + Epoxy + Glass cloth (ii) copper clad laminates laminated to Nylon, Teflon, Polyester".
