Computer numerical control systems and parts thereof - Amendment to Notification No. 47/95-Cus. Notification No. 78/95-Cus. Dated 30-3-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 47/95-Customs, dated the 16th March, 1995, namely, - In the Table annexed to the said notification, in S. No. 2, - (i) in column (2), for the figures and words "84 or 85", the words "Any Chapter" shall be substituted; and (ii) in column (3), for the words "computer numerical control systems", the words and figures "computer numerical control systems falling in Chapter 84 or 85 of the said Schedule" shall be substituted.
