Goods of headings 47.01 to 47.05 - Duty reduced to 25% Notification No. 77/95-Cus. Dated 22-3-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 69/95-Customs, dated the 16th March, 1995, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against S. No. 57, in column (4), for the entry, the entry "25% ad valorem" shall be substituted.
