Notification No. 110/86-Cus. Notification No. 54/95-Cus. Dated 16-3-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-item (6) of heading No. 98.01 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 110/86-Customs, dated the 17th February, namely :- In the projects specified below the said notification, S. No. (6), (11) and (18) and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
