Materials for manufacture of goods to be supplied to ONGC etc. - Notifications 513/86-Cus., 279/92-Cus., 131/94-Cus. 132/94-Cus. - Amended Notification No. 7/95-Cus. Dated 22-2-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed, shall be amended or further amended, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. In the said notification, in the first paragraph, in the opening portion and in condition (6), for the words "Oil and Natural Gas Commission" at both the places where they occur, the words "Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited" shall be substituted. 2. No. 279/92-Customs, dated the 24th September, 1992. In the said notification, in the opening portion of the first paragraph, for the words "Oil and Natural Gas Commission", the words "Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited" shall be substituted. 3. No. 131/94-Customs, dated the 20th June, 1994. In the said notification, in the opening portion, for the words "under a contract entered into by the Government of India, the Oil and Natural Gas Commission and an Indian Oil Company or under a contract entered into by the Government of India, the Oil India Limited and an Indian Oil Company", the words "under a contract entered into by the Government of India and an Indian Company or Companies, as the case may be," shall be substituted. 4. No. 132/94-Customs, dated the 20th June, 1994. In the said notification, in the opening portion, for the words "under a contract entered into by the Government of India, the Oil and Natural Gas Commission and a Foreign Oil Company or under a contract entered into by the Government of India, the Oil India Limited and a Foreign Oil Company", the words "under a contract entered into by the Government of India and a Foreign Company or Companies, as the case may be," shall be substituted.
