Transexamic Acid - Exempted Notification No. 3/95-Cus. Dated 6-1-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 208/81-Customs, dated the 22nd September, 1981, namely :- In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, under Heading A, relating to Life Saving drugs or medicines, after serial number 319 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and the entry shall be added, namely :- "(320). Transexamic Acid.".
