Life Saving Equipments - Amendment to Notification No. 208/81-Cus. Notification No. 2/95-Cus. Dated 4-1-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 208/81-Customs, dated the 22nd September, 1981, namely:- In the Schedule to the said notification, in heading "B. Life Saving Equipments", - (1) against Sr. No. 28, for the words "Sengstaken tubes - both plastic and metal" the words "Sengstaken tubes" shall be substituted. (2) against Sr. No. 29, for the words "Tracheostomy tubes - both plastic and metal" the words "Tracheostomy tubes" shall be substituted.
