Appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication), Mumbai NOTIFICATION NO. 110/2009-Cus.,(N.T.) Dated: August 6, 2009 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication), Mumbai to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on:- (i) the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Raigad, Maharashtra; (ii) the Commissioner of Customs (Export Promotion), New Custom House, Mumbai; and (iii) the Commissioner of Customs, New Kandla Custom House, Kandla; (iv) the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai; and (v) the Joint Commissioner of Customs, Incharge of Mundra Port and SEZ, Mundra, Gujrat for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Unimark Remedies Limited, 19, Crystal, 1 st Floor, Juhu Road, Santacruz (W), Mumbai - 400 054 and others, issued vide, F.No. DRI/MZU/G/Inv-04/07-08-URL dated 24 th April, 2009 , by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai. F.No. 437/56/2009-Cus.IV (M. M. Parthiban) Director (Customs) to the Government of India
