Amendment to Notification No. 203/92-Cus. - G.E. No. 147C Notification No. 9/93-Cus Dated 18-2-1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 203/92-Customs [GSR No. 536(E)] dated the 19th May, 1992, namely :- In the said notification, in the Explanation, in clause (iii), after sub-clause (a), the following proviso shall be added, namely :- "Provided that Television sets of different sizes and specifications shall be deemed to be single export product;".
