Life saving drugs, medicines or equipments, Ceftriaxone Sodium Injection and Ethambutol Notification No. 292/92-Cus. Dated 4-11-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed, shall be amended or further amended as the case may be, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. No. 208/81-Customs, dated the 22nd September, 1981 In Heading A of the Schedule annexed to the said notification,- (i) against Serial Number 156, for the entry, the entry "Dobutamine Hydrochloride Injection" shall be substituted; and (ii) against Serial Number 312, for the entry, the entry "Idarubicine Hydrochloride Injection" shall be substituted. 2. No. 213/88-Customs, dated the 30th June, 1988. In the Table annexed to the said notification, against Sl. No. 5, in column (3), for the entry, the entry "Ceftriaxone Sodium Injection" shall be substituted. 3. No. 250/92-Customs, dated the 31st July, 1992. In the Table annexed to the said notification, against S. No. 2, in column (2), for the entry, the entry "Ethambutol Hydrochloride" shall be substituted.
