Amendment to Notification No. 205/92-Cus. - G.E. No. 147E Notification No. 291/92-Cus. Dated 30-10-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 205/92-Cus., dated the 19th May, 1992, namely :- In the said notification, in the Explanation, for clause (ii), the following clause shall be substituted, namely :- "(ii) "Goods" means raw materials, components, intermediates, consumables, parts, packing materials, patterns, drawings, jigs, tools, fixtures, moulds, tackles, instruments and computer software, as are directly related to export order and supplied free of cost by the foreign buyer".
