Amendment to Notification No. 134/91-Cus. - G.E. No. 192D Notification No. 264/92-Cus. Dated 27-8-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 134/91-Customs dated the 24th September, 1991, namely :- In the said notification, for the words "raw materials and components" wherever they occur, the words "raw materials, components, intermediates, consumables, parts other than spares and packing materials" shall be substituted.
