Amendment to Notification No. 513/86-Cus. - G.E. No. 43 Notification No. 263/92-Cus. Dated 27-8-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 513/86-Customs, dated the 30th December, 1986, namely:- In the said notification for the words 'raw material and components' wherever they occur, the words 'raw material, components, intermediates, consumables, parts other than spares and packing materials' shall be substituted.
