Palm oil, Palmolein and Brass scrap (all grades) — Amendment to Notification No. 36/2001-Cus. (N.T.) 13th June, 2002 Notification No. 38/ 2002-Customs (N.T.) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962, (52 of 1962), the Board, being satisfied that it is necessary and expedient so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.36/2001-Customs (N.T.), dated the 3 rd August, 2001, namely :- In the said notification, for the Table, the following Table shall be substituted, namely :- "Table Sl.No. Chapter or heading or sub-heading Description of goods Tariff value (US$ Per Metric Tonne) (1) (2) (3) (4) 1. 15.11 Crude Palm Oil 392 2. 15.11 RBD Palm Oil 414 3. 15.11 RBD Palmolein 426 4. 15.11 Crude Palmolein 411 5. 74.04 Brass Scrap (all grades) 1084."
