Amendments to Notification No. 58/90-Cus. [Chapter 44] Notification No. 73/91-Cus. Dated 25-7-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 58/90-Customs, dated the 20th March, 1990, namely :- In the said notification, - (i) in the opening paragraph, for the words and figures "heading Nos. 44.03 or 44.07", the words and figures "heading No. 44.03" shall be substituted; (ii) in the Table annexed thereto, S. No. 3 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
