Amendment to Notification No. 136/86-Cus. [G.E. No. 193] Notification No. 316/88-Cus. Dated 16-12-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 136/86-Customs, dated the 17th February, 1986, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, for Sl. No. 53AA and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl. Nos. and entries shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) (4) "53AA 29 6-Amino Penicillinic Acid (6-APA) 80% + Rs. 25 per kg. 53AAA 29 TIOC (Crude Erythromycin)/Erthromycin thiocyanate 100% ad valorem.
