Amendment to Notification No. 123/86-Cus. [ Ch. 8] Notification No. 285/88-Cus. Dated 3-10-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 123/86-Customs, dated the 17th February, 1986, namely :- In the said notification, in the Table - (1) against Sl. No. 4, for the entries in columns (4) and (5), the entries "Rs. 35/- per Kg." and "Rs. 33/- per Kg." shall, respectively be substituted; (2) against Sl. No. 5, for the entries in columns (4) and (5), the entries "Rs. 18/- per Kg." and "Rs. 17/- per Kg." shall, respectively, be substituted.
